Dr. Jess Whidden has made her triumphant return to the Destin / Miramar Beach area and joined the staff at Emerald Coast Chiropractic after completion of her post graduate education. She is a graduate of Fort Walton Beach High School, completed a Bachelor’s Degree in Exercise Science from Auburn University, and obtained a Doctor of Chiropractic degree from Life University in Marietta, GA.
Dr. Jess is proficient in a multitude of chiropractic adjusting techniques and other therapeutic modalities that are employed at Emerald Coast Chiropractic.
Dr. Jess has been designated a “Rock Doc” due to her post graduate education with Rocktape Functional Movement Techniques (FMT), a 2-part kinesiology taping certification led by industry leading experts in movement assessment and therapy.
Dr. Jess is also certified by the American Veterinary Chiropractic Association (AVCA) having completed the animal chiropractic certification program at Parker University in Dallas, TX to bring a new aspect of chiropractic care back to the area for your animals big and small!
She was involved in sports throughout high school and went on to excel in collegiate softball. She has a love for being on the water from working many years on the docks here in the area. She is currently a resident of Destin with her dog, Leo.
